Over the last couple days, some of our customers have experienced difficulties in reaching the Snomax team over the phone, sometime getting a message "Caller not available".

With stay-at-home orders in place in several parts of the country, leading many people to work from home, phone service providers are experienced higher than normal call volumes these days. This might lead to delays in accessing the cell phone network and even landline network.
